No Hassle Return Policy



We can accept a return on any product as long as it’s still in new condition in the original packaging with the original tags still attached. Once a product is installed or used we are unable to take it back unless it’s due to a defect. If you need to make a return please contact us prior to returning the item so we can set up a return account for you. This way we can log all of your information so we know how to accurately process it when it arrives back.

Damage Returns


If you received a product that was damaged or defective we can replace it for you and cover shipping both ways so you don’t have to pay a thing. Feel free to give us a call or send us an email so we can set up a return account for you. We will then email you a pre-paid return label you can print out and stick on the box to ship the part back free of charge. Once we are notified by FedEx that the part has been mailed back to us, we can get a replacement one out right away.

Mis-shipped Items


Yes, we make mistakes. This doesn’t happen often but if you receive a product that is different from what you ordered we can cover shipping both ways to get you the part you need. Feel free to give us a call or send us an email so we can set up a return account for you. We will then email you a pre-paid return label you can print out and stick on the box to ship the part back free of charge. Once we are notified by FedEx that the part has been mailed back to us, we can get the correct one out right away.

Other Returns


If you are returning a product because it was purchased in error, it’s not compatible, or you just decided you don’t want it- that’s alright too. These products must be in new, unused condition in the original packaging with all original tags attached. Just give us a call or send us an email and we can set up a return account for you so we know who to refund when the order comes back to us. Original shipping to you and return shipping is not refundable.
