Shipping & Handling Time

Most orders are packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving the order.

Domestic Shipping

All orders of $75 or more qualify for free shipping within the continental USA. Most of these orders will ship through FedEx Ground. These orders will have tracking provided and have a 3-5 day delivery time. The only exception is on packages weighing less than 14oz which ship through USPS First Class Mail. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and to PO Boxes or APO Boxes will ship through USPS Priority mail with tracking and may be charged a shipping fee depending on the weight and size of the package. Delivery time is around 1 week to Alaska and Hawaii.

Expedited Shipping- 2 Day and Overnight

Expedited shipments still can take 1-3 business days to process. Please understand this when placing the order. Expedited shipments are not typically delivered on Saturday or Sunday. For example, orders placed on Wednesday will ship on either Thursday, Friday, or Monday. If you selected overnight shipping on this order you could expect your delivery to be Friday, Monday, or Tuesday.

International Shipping

Note: All international orders shipped directly will ship through either USPS Priority Mail International or FedEx with tracking information. Note: All Canadian shipments will be sent through USPS to avoid the brokerage fees. Shipping times vary from country to country and may take longer to be delivered due to customs. Importing fees and customs is the responsibility of the customer. These fees are issued by the government of the recipients country not Wheel and Sprocket. We are unable to mark any packages as "gifts" or lower the value to avoid customs, duties, VAT, or taxes.

APO/FPO Shipping

Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses will be sent by USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation numbers provided. Delivery times vary for this service.
